Recognized by the University of Salford for outstanding contributions to the School of Arts, and Creative Technology.
I had the rare privilege of being recognized by The University of Salford for an Alumni Achievement Award, and the best part - I got to celebrate with my mum and sister which meant the absolute world to me!!!
It was a surprise receiving the nomination email especially because I had just graduated barely 2 years back and had no idea someone had nominated me - or that such an amazing award even existed! I am truly grateful to the University, My tutors, the chancellors, the organizers, every incredible mind behind this, and those who found me worthy of being nominated!
To all the winners - your brilliance inspires me, and I can’t wait to see how we’ll all continue breaking barriers and making an impact!

Disney Animation Credit
Leadership credit on Walt Disney Animated Co-created 'Iwaju' Series with Kugali Media
I'm thrilled to announce my first credit in the industry, it's such a dream come true. Being Kugali’s Chief Digital Officer (CDO) whilst working side by side an exceptional team has been a wholesome experience, the child in me cannot help but giggle in excitement! All the sleepless nights paid off, thanks to the incredible love, feedback and reviews on Iwájú so far. I couldn't be prouder to have been a part of this amazing first of its kind series in #Disney’s 100 years of storytelling!
As a Nigerian who grew up in Lagos, seeing a positive representation of Africa is indeed a big deal! This story is so IMPORTANT in shaping how the world views dark-skinned black girls like myself. The little girl in me feels so seen, validated and represented in the lead heroine Tola.
